Fountain in Regent's Park hypha-gallery-camberwell Sea Within a Sea isYang's work is based on her own experience of living in London. She makes quick observations of the streets and surrounding areas in the city centre. Through these moments, she captures subtle feelings of isolation and detachment within crowded spaces. These sketches are transformed into mezzotint prints, where the slow production process allows the images to take shape as perceptual impressions of the city.
